Louisa is our Head of Training here at Jigsaw Early Years Training, bringing over 26 years of experience across leadership, quality improvement, and professional development. Her extensive background gives her a clear understanding of what it takes to build strong teams and achieve meaningful outcomes for children.
As a qualified Business Coach and Assessor, Louisa combines strategic thinking with practical, real-world insight. Her approach goes beyond training; she develops confident leaders, strengthens practice, and supports long-term, sustainable improvement.
Louisa recognises the everyday pressures faced by Early Years professionals, from inspection readiness and safeguarding to team culture and quality of education. Her sessions are engaging, honest, and focused on making a genuine impact.
